Modern Upgrade with Anthracite & Black Finishes
What an absolute pleasure this project was! The customer chose to transform their home’s exterior from classic white to stylish anthracite grey, paired with black ogee-style guttering for a sleek, modern contrast. We carried out a full removal and replacement of all fascia, soffit, guttering, downpipes, and front shiplap. The result? A clean, contemporary look that not only enhanced the property’s appearance but also added real value.
Full Re-Roof and Facelift on Outbuilding
One of our recent standout projects: a complete re-roof and exterior refresh on this outbuilding. We removed the old, rotten, and leaky roof, replacing it with brand new felt, lathes, tiles, eaves trays, a dry verge system, and fresh lead flashing. The job was finished off with a clean UPVC fascia, black round gutters, and matching downpipes. Another project completed to the Spireseal standard -110% effort, quality workmanship, and one very happy customer.
Conservatory Repointing and Roofline Repairs
A solid few days’ work bringing this property back to top condition. We ground out and re-pointed all conservatory brickwork, supplied and fitted new eaves trays on both sides of the property, and replaced the lower felt and lathes. To finish, we cut back all tiles and installed new front and back dry verge systems. The property was left clean, tidy, and free of all waste - another job completed with care and attention to detail.
